In case of advanced gastric cancer patients, from the evaluation of treatment perspective, Her2 positive patients can choose trastuzumab and other targeted drugs for treatment, thus prolonging the survival of advanced patients, while negative patients cannot use targeted drugs, so the prognosis of Her2 positive patients is better than that of negative patients. In case of early gastric cancer, evaluating from the point of view of recurrence and metastasis after surgery, the chance of recurrence and metastasis of Her2 negative patients is significantly lower than that of positive patients, so the prognosis of Her2 negative patients is better than that of positive patients.
