The second and fifth positive items of the five hepatitis B tests indicate positive hepatitis B surface antibodies and hepatitis B core antibodies, which are normal results and indicate that one is not currently a hepatitis B patient. Because a positive hepatitis B surface antibody means a negative hepatitis B surface antigen, one is not currently a hepatitis B patient. Only a person with hepatitis B would be surface antigen positive, and a negative surface antigen would indicate that one is not a person with hepatitis B. Hepatitis B surface antibody is a protective antibody, and a positive result means that the body has immunity to the hepatitis B virus, so it is not possible to be a hepatitis B patient at this time. But at the same time, the fifth hepatitis B core antibody positive, indicating that the body did previously infected with hepatitis B, previously infected does not mean that the current is also hepatitis B patients, hepatitis B infection can be completely cured after the acute infection, chronic hepatitis B patients generally do not reach the state of healing.
