How to regulate spleen deficiency

Spleen deficiency can be regulated through dietary therapy and traditional Chinese medicine.
1. Food therapy: you can eat ginseng and lotus meat soup, ginseng, lotus seeds into a small bowl, add the right amount of water to soak, put into the steamer in the steamer stew, seasoned with icing sugar, drink the soup and eat lotus seeds, ginseng, with the effect of warming and strengthening the spleen.
2.
