What does it mean to have an irregular lobulated breast pattern?

The irregular pattern of breast in lobular shape is considered to be breast lobular tumor, which is divided into benign and malignant. 1. Benign lobular breast tumor: breast lump is lobular with clear boundary. Most of the patients with large tumor can occupy the whole breast, which is characterized by elevated and shiny skin surface, thin skin and superficial veins, mostly not involving the skin, and less adherence to the chest muscle. 2. Malignant lobular breast tumor: the tumor is larger than normal fibroadenoma, the mesenchymal growth is abnormal, the epithelial component is not seen in a large portion of mesenchymal stroma, and there is a large amount of necrosis. The mesenchymal cells are heterogeneous, nuclear division is more active, and it is not possible to determine whether infiltration occurs at the edge of the tumor. It is recommended that patients go to regular hospitals in time and receive treatment as prescribed by the doctor, so as not to delay the condition.
