It usually takes 2-3 years to infuse chemotherapeutic drugs after bladder cancer surgery. The purpose of infusing chemotherapeutic drugs after bladder cancer surgery is to prevent the recurrence of bladder cancer. Regular instillation of chemotherapy drugs will be started more than 1 week after bladder cancer surgery, once a week for 8 times, and cystoscopy will be reviewed after 8 times. If there is no recurrence, it will be changed to 1 bladder instillation per month and cystoscopy will be reviewed again after 8 instillations. If there is no recurrence, it can be changed to 1 instillation every 2 months, which can be extended to a period of 2-3 years depending on the patient’s tolerance and specific situation and affordability. If there is no recurrence for more than 3 years, it is called a clinical cure.
