Controlling obesity can reduce coronary heart disease

  In the world, for every 3 deaths, 1 person’s cause of death is cardiovascular disease.  Obesity has become a risk factor for coronary heart disease, if obese people can be controlled within the normal weight range, the risk of coronary heart disease can be reduced by 35% to 45%.  Obesity has been designated as a disease by the World Health Organization, and is the third enemy of human health threat after cardiovascular disease and cancer. And in the three enemies, obesity can be described as cardiovascular disease “accomplice”. Obese people are easy to cause metabolic disorders, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and other diseases. Obesity accompanied by hypertension, hyperlipidemia or dyslipidemia is called metabolic syndrome, which belongs to the high risk state of cardiovascular disease.  In the past two decades, the prevalence of overweight and obesity in China has shown a significant increase. According to the survey, the overweight rate of Chinese adults is 22.8% and the obesity rate is 7.1%. And children are the most vulnerable to the influence of lifestyle, the survey results also show that China’s children obesity rate has reached 8.1 percent.  More and more obese children, and with them, the age of onset of adult diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and coronary heart disease is getting lower and lower. If we can not take strong measures to curb the rising trend of overweight and obesity as soon as possible, then more and more young people will be obese, the chances of suffering from coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, stroke and other highly fatal and disabling diseases will be greatly increased. Therefore, we must take active action, not to spend all day on Gao Xiumin, Gu Yue and other celebrities because of sudden death of heart disease and feel sad or fear, but their own simple can prevent cardiovascular disease but ignore the methods, not to take action.  And to lose weight or control weight, the most basic and important measure to change your lifestyle is also to control your mouth and open your legs. For adults, pay attention to diet moderation, control high-calorie, high-fat food intake, adhere to exercise, choose the appropriate exercise mode, 3 to 4 times a week, each lasting at least 20 minutes or more. For children, to develop healthy and good habits, refuse high-calorie food in foreign fast food, less snacks, less TV, and insist on exercise.
