It is used in treating chest and hypochondrium (chest and rib area) congestion (distension), vomiting and acidity, and food stagnation caused by liver-qi disharmony. Therefore, Chaihu Shu Liver Pill has no curative effect on solid or deficiency fire. Chaihu Shu Liver Pill is contraindicated in people who are allergic to Chaihu Shu Liver Pill.
