[Dietary principles]
1. 2. Avoid smoking and alcohol, and eat less spicy and stimulating food.
[Food therapy prescription]
(1) Coix seeds and white fruits drink: 60 grams of coix seeds and 12 white fruits. Soak the coix seeds first, remove the shell of the white fruit, add water to boil through, then add sugar or rock sugar to season the food, take 1 dose daily and finish it in several times. This formula is also suitable for the prevention and treatment of esophageal cancer, stomach cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer, etc. It is not used when the stool is dry and fluid is insufficient.
(2) Sea dragon (or seahorse) and mushroom soup: 9 grams of sea dragon, 18 grams of mushroom, 9 grams of nori and 9 grams of red dates. Soak the sea dragon, cut the mushroom into pieces, bleach the mud and sand from the seaweed, and core the red dates. Boil with water and take 1 dose daily.

(7) Stir-fried stone fungus with marjoram head: 60g of marjoram head, 10g of stone fungus, shredded chicken and ham are stir-fried together for consumption.
