There should be no connection between the appearance of vocal cord granuloma three months after lung cancer surgery. Vocal granuloma may be caused by improper articulation, pharyngeal reflux and other reasons, and the possibility of metastasis of lung cancer is very small. 1. Improper pronunciation: the mucous membrane on the surface of vocal folds is thin, long-term coughing, clearing voice and loud shouting may cause touching of vocal folds, which may easily damage the mucous membrane and form ulcers, thus leading to granuloma of vocal folds. 2. Pharyngeal reflux: reflux acid reflux is an undesirable stimulus to the mucous membrane of the throat. Such as coughing and habitual clearing of voice may lead to mechanical damage of mucous membrane near the vocal folds, and may also cause inflammatory hyperplasia, which finally causes vocal cord granuloma. After lung cancer surgery, if the patient is not feeling well, he/she should go to the hospital for consultation in time and be treated under the guidance of professional doctors.
