Large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the lung can be treated, and treatment can relieve patients’ symptoms and prolong survival, but it is usually not a complete cure. The treatments for lung large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma include surgery-based comprehensive treatment, systemic systemic chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, anti-angiogenic therapy and optimal supportive therapy. Among them, surgery is the first choice of treatment for patients with early and middle stage lung large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma, which has more accurate efficacy and significantly prolongs the survival of patients. For patients with advanced lung large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma who have lost the chance of surgery, chemotherapy such as etoposide, cisplatin or irinotecan can be chosen; anti-angiogenic drugs such as bevacizumab and recombinant human vascular endothelial inhibitor can also be used to inhibit the growth of tumor. Patients with large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of lung should build up confidence in treatment, go to hospitals for consultation in time, and have standardized treatment under doctors’ guidance, which can help to alleviate patients’ pain and prolong their survival period.
