What are the precursors of rupture of the scarred uterus in the second child

Preterm uterine rupture can manifest as lower abdominal pressure pain at the uterine scar, changes in the fetal heart rate, the presence of hematuria, and pathological constriction rings seen during abdominal examination. Difficulty in urination and even hematuria may occur due to pressure on the bladder from the previa of the fetus, resulting in bladder congestion and edema. Due to the rupture of the pre-eclampsia and also the presence of frequent uterine contractions, the fetal blood supply is obstructed and the fetal heart rate changes accordingly or the fetal heartbeat becomes inaudible. If this situation is not relieved immediately, the lower part of the uterus may rupture immediately, which may even endanger the life of the adult and the fetus in serious cases. Therefore, in the case of rupture of the uterus with aura, an emergency cesarean section is required. Patients with a history of previous cesarean section are advised to visit the hospital as early as possible for a formal obstetric examination and to be informed of the risks and symptoms associated with the occurrence of uterine rupture.
