The author is inspired by the belief that “consumption” is due to “deficiency of lung yin and insects of consumption”, and believes that the mechanism of cancer is mainly due to “deficiency of yang energy and internal growth of yin evil”. If the yang energy of the body is firstly deficient and the yang does not control the yin, then the yin evil will be generated internally and become poisonous over time, which will gradually lead to malignant transformation and become cancer. Cancer is a yin evil that collects in certain internal organs or stagnates in certain meridians (body surface), or flows into bone marrow or blood, when the body’s “righteousness is insufficient”, cancer will easily develop. Theoretical basis Natural phenomena, some substances in nature, if placed in the absence of sunlight, dark and humid places, over time, local mold, fungus and rust spots will occur, and gradually expand, and finally decay into ash to lose its proper performance and role. This phenomenon of mold, fungal masses, rust spots, gradually expanding, decaying into gray, and the morphology of some cancers and the development of the law has similarities. Pre-cancerous symptoms and clinical manifestations, the author conducted detailed medical history questioning and clinical observation of some inpatients with cancer (some of whom died) in the course of clinical work. To subsidize and protect the Yang energy of the body should be achieved from the following aspects: First, from the diet to absorb the heat of Yang. Eat more high-calorie, high-protein foods or medicines, and less cold foods or medicines that damage Yang. Second, to generate Yang-heat energy from exercise. Take part in physical exercise and various sports to help generate Yang heat through exercise. Third, protect yang energy from sexual feelings. Moderate your temperament and desires, pay attention to the spirit of internal guarding, and protect Yang energy from external crossing. Fourth, absorb yang energy from the surrounding environment. Participate in more outdoor activities, take sunbathing and insist on hot baths to endow the yang energy of heaven and earth. The warming of Yang energy should be carried out throughout the treatment. Due to insufficient yang qi, if yang does not control yin, yin evil will be generated internally and become toxic over time; or if yang qi is insufficient, the function of internal organs will be impaired and their functions of warming, transporting, propagating, draining and regulating will be incompetent, generating a large amount of real evil such as qi, blood, phlegm, dampness and toxicity, which will accumulate with each other and become cancerous; or if yang qi is insufficient, yang loss and yin will be exhausted and yang will be taken off and kill people. Therefore, when treating cancer, we should warm up Yang Qi from the beginning to the end, or supplement its Yang, or supplement both Yin and Yang, or support the righteousness (supplementing both Yin and Yang) and eliminate evil at the same time, so as to achieve more satisfactory results. Comprehensive treatment is effective The development of cancer is a complex process. In the early stage, Yang Qi is first deficient, Yin evil is generated inside, positive Qi still exists, and evil Qi is not yet real; in the middle stage, real evil is contained, accumulated and condensed, positive Qi is gradually deficient, and evil Qi is strong and real; in the late stage, Yang is lost and Yin is exhausted, Yang is removed, positive Qi is greatly weakened, and Yin and Yang are separated. Although cancer toxin is a yin evil, it is stored in the body to block the production of basic substances such as qi, blood, essence and fluids on the one hand, and to absorb and consume a large amount of basic substances to feed itself on the other. Therefore, the metastasis of cancer is a process of local “yin” deficiency to the extent that it is unable to feed itself and must “invade” the organs and tissues where “yin and blood” are relatively strong. In other words, when the basic substances such as essence, blood and fluid of local tissues are consumed a lot by cancer toxin and are severely deficient and cannot feed themselves, the cancer toxin will definitely move to the organs with “less qi and more blood” or “more qi and more blood”, thus encroaching on the essence, blood and fluid of these organs. In this way, the cancer toxin will invade the essence, blood, fluid and other basic materials of the organ to nourish itself and to seek the purpose of reproduction. Knowing this mechanism will be helpful in clinical practice.
