Falling off the crib and hitting the head may lead to scalp abrasion, fracture, intracranial hemorrhage, etc., which can be treated with disinfectant cold compress, cranial CT examination, and medication to stop bleeding.
1. Cranial CT examination: It is recommended to do a routine cranial CT examination to see whether there are fractures, brain hemorrhage, etc. If there are, emergency surgery is needed if necessary.
2. Disinfection and cold compress: after perfecting CT to exclude fracture and intracranial hemorrhage, for soft tissue contusion, you can disinfect with iodine povidone and apply ice packs (within 72 hours after the injury) under the guidance of the doctor.
3. Hemostatic drugs: If there is a small amount of intracranial hemorrhage, vitamin K, snake venom thrombin and other drugs can be supplemented under the guidance of a doctor to reduce intracranial hemorrhage if necessary.
If the baby falls off the bed and hits his head, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time for early and regular treatment.
