How to Treat Heart Failure Indicator 9000

Heart failure can be diagnosed when the heart failure indicator is 9000, and the treatment includes general treatment, drug treatment, and non-drug treatment.
Heart failure indicator is generally referred to as BNP, people under the age of 50 should be <450pg/ml, and when it reaches 9000pg/ml, the diagnosis of heart failure can be confirmed. The higher the value, the greater the severity of the disease. General treatment of heart failure includes weight management, dietary management, and rest and appropriate exercise. Weight management is daily weight monitoring and dietary management is proper salt restriction i.e. reducing sodium intake. Patients with heart failure should be placed on bed rest but should be actively exercising as long as their heart can be loaded. Pharmacologic therapy includes diuretic therapy such as spironolactone, RASS inhibitors ACEI (angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors) such as captopril and enalapril, β-receptor antagonists such as metoprolol, orthostatic inotropic agents such as digoxin, and ivabradine. Non-pharmacological treatments include cardiac resynchronization therapy and heart transplantation. If heart failure occurs, you should go to a regular hospital to avoid delays. Medications should be taken under a doctor's supervision.
