The clinical manifestations of vulvar squamous epithelial hyperplasia are mainly reflected in two aspects of symptoms and signs: 1. Patients’ symptoms are mainly vulvar itching, serious will keep scratching, often showing restlessness, mental irritability, affecting normal life and sleep, scratching aggravates the lesions to form a vicious circle. 2. The early stage of the disease may appear in the examination of the skin pink or dark red, partly white, the skin becomes coarse and thick, pigmentation increases. The texture is obvious, moss-like changes, leather-like changes, severe patients with chaps, ulcers, scratches, the cause is not clear, may be related to local humidity, external stimulation. The diagnosis cannot be made purely on the basis of clinical manifestations, but needs to be confirmed by pathological histological examination, and after the diagnosis is confirmed, treatment and medication will be given, and if necessary, surgery will be done, and attention should be paid to local hygiene.
