Rheumatoid arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, there is no simple way to determine the two, need to be identified through the cause of the disease, laboratory tests and clinical symptoms.
1. Etiology: Rheumatoid arthritis is a reactive disease caused by infection with group A beta-hemolytic streptococcus, and most of the patients will have symptoms of respiratory tract infection such as tonsillitis and pharyngolaryngitis 1~6 weeks before the appearance of typical joint symptoms, whereas rheumatoid arthritis is a systematic autoimmune disease, and the specific cause of which is not yet fully clarified.
2. Laboratory tests: Rheumatoid arthritis patients often test positive or elevated anti-“O”. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis are usually positive for autoantibodies such as rheumatoid factor, antikeratin antibody and anti-CCP antibody.
3. Symptoms: Rheumatoid arthritis often involves large joints such as elbows and knees, and usually does not lead to joint deformity. Rheumatoid arthritis mostly affects small joints such as fingers, toes and wrists and causes morning stiffness, joint swelling and joint pain, which may lead to joint deformity.
Rheumatoid arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis should be identified by a professional physician, and patients can go to the rheumatology department of a regular hospital for further consultation.
