What’s the lowest blood pressure?

A normal person’s systolic blood pressure should not be less than 90mmHg and diastolic blood pressure should not be less than 60mmHg in a quiet, awake state. The normal range of systolic blood pressure for a normal person in the awake, quiet state is 90 to 139 mmHg, and diastolic blood pressure is 60 to 89 mmHg. Normal people may have slightly fluctuating blood pressure ranges due to differences in body composition. If the doctor measures a systolic blood pressure <90mmHg, and/or a diastolic blood pressure <60mmHg, it is considered low blood pressure, which may be physiological hypotension such as malnutrition and thin people, or pathologic hypotension such as hypovolemia and heart disease. If the blood pressure is lower than normal, it is recommended to go to the hospital to find out the cause of the disease, pay attention to balanced nutrition, take rest and avoid over-exertion.
