Two herbs for gout, is it true?

There is no such thing as two herbs for gout, gout belongs to the paralytic syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, and can be clinically treated with Chinese herbs. Damp-heat obstruction paralysis manifests itself as sudden redness, swelling and hot pain in the small joints of the lower limbs, refusing to be pressed, localized burning when touched, and being relieved when cooled, accompanied by fever and thirst, restlessness, and ulcers of yellowish color. Treatment: add and subtract Si Miao San and Xuan Piao Tang. Wind-cold-dampness paralysis manifesting as pain in limbs and joints, or wandering pain, or severe pain in joints with pain that does not move, or heavy swelling and pain in limbs and joints, numbness of skin, aggravated by cloudy and rainy days. Treatment is with the addition and subtraction of Wu Tou Tang. Phlegm and stasis obstruction manifests as swollen joints, or even swelling around the joints, localized soreness and numbness pain, or “block scrofula” hard knot without redness; accompanied by dizziness, swelling of the face and feet, and plagued in the chest and epigastrium. Treatment: add reduction of Body Pain and Blood Stasis Dispelling Tang. Yin deficiency of the liver and kidney manifests as repeated recurrence of the disease over a long period of time, with joint pain like a cane, local deformation of joints, lightness of the day and heaviness of the night, numbness and insensitivity of the skin, difficulty in walking, constriction of the tendons and veins (spasm and convulsion due to the feeling of wind and cold), and unfavorable flexion and extension; dizziness, ringing in the ears, zygomatic redness (reddish color of the cheeks and zygomatic bones), and dryness of the mouth. Treatment: Add and subtract Duhuo Sheng Tang. The adverse reactions and contraindications of the above drugs are not clear.
