Breast sinusitis in patients usually present a variety of symptoms such as lumps, abscesses, rupture, breast leakage and so on. 1. Lumps: In the early stage of breast sinusitis, one or more nodular lumps usually appear in the breast area. The lumps are usually of different sizes, unclear borders, hard but not firm, and the skin color is usually not abnormal and there is no obvious pain. 2. Abscess: In the middle stage, the lump gradually increases in size and adheres to the skin, usually accompanied by slight pain, and an abscess will be formed after the lump softens. When the lump softens, it will form an abscess, and the internal tissues can be felt to be obviously sunken by touching with hands. 3. Rupture: In the late stage of breast sinusitis, the abscess breaks down, forming a sinus tract or ulcer in the affected area, usually accompanied by pus or tofu dregs-like debris at the place of rupture. 4. Breast leakage: the ulcerated wound is not treated in time, the putrefied flesh is not removed, and the wound is difficult to heal and easy to form a breast leakage, and a potential cavity or sinus tract may appear locally.
