Three-month non-union of femoral neck fracture can be treated conservatively and surgical intervention is used when it is ineffective. Due to the hemodynamic and anatomical characteristics of the neck of femur, the probability of non-union after fracture is very high, which belongs to the common postoperative complications, and it is mostly recommended to actively seek medical treatment and timely symptomatic treatment. Firstly, X-ray film should be taken to determine the healing status, secondly, avoid weight bearing on the affected limb, avoid strenuous exercise to prevent secondary injury, and use calcium tablets and vitamin tablets under the guidance of physician for conservative treatment. If conservative treatment is ineffective and the X-ray shows that the fracture is not aligned properly, a second surgery may be needed to improve the condition, or even joint replacement may be required.
