There is no such thing as which kind of surgery is better and faster, and targeted surgical treatment program should be set according to the patient’s disease condition. At present, there are two main treatment modalities for anal fissure: anal flap technology and internal anal sphincter amputation. Anal flap technology: a safer surgical option for the treatment of anal fissure, mainly for patients with anal canal skin damage, anal fissure and combined anal canal stenosis and anal incontinence after the implementation of internal anal sphincter amputation. 2. Internal anal sphincterotomy: This type of surgery is the first choice for the treatment of anal fissure, with a higher cure rate, but with the risk of anal incontinence. If anal fissure is diagnosed, patients are advised to undergo reasonable and standardized treatment as early as possible to reduce the adverse effects of the disease.
