Can I get pregnant the first time without any contraception?
Pregnancy has nothing to do with the first time, it depends on whether the conditions for pregnancy are met.
Pregnancy is a process in which the sperm enters the woman’s body, combines with the egg to form a fertilized egg, which successfully lays in the uterine cavity and gradually develops into an embryo. No matter how many times you have sex, as long as this condition is met, there is a possibility of pregnancy.
Generally, the probability of getting pregnant after one sexual intercourse is around 20% to 30%, which requires that the male partner has healthy and normal sperm, the female partner has a mature egg discharged, and the endometrium is suitable for the fertilized egg to be laid, there is no inflammation in the reproductive tract, etc.
Any sexual activity can lead to pregnancy, only the probability of pregnancy varies in different menstrual cycles.
1. If the first time is performed during a safe period, pregnancy is less likely.
The period from when a woman’s period is clean to the 3 days before she starts ovulating, or from the end of ovulation to the next menstrual period, is the safe period. Theoretically, the first time you have sex during the safe period, the woman will not get pregnant if ovulation does not occur. However, for women with irregular menstrual cycles, it is possible that ovulation may occur during the safe period and there is a possibility of pregnancy, but the probability is relatively small.
2. If the first time is performed during ovulation, the possibility of pregnancy is higher.
Clinical research shows that the chance of pregnancy is more than 80% when you have sex during ovulation. If the first time happens to be during ovulation, then the possibility of pregnancy is higher. For women with normal menstrual cycles, ovulation day mostly occurs about 14 days before the next menstrual period, so it is very easy to get pregnant if you have intercourse 1~2 days after ovulation.
Warm tips.
1, if there is a need for contraception, the first time sex, should choose scientific contraceptive methods, such as wearing condoms, oral short-acting contraceptive pills, etc.
2, the safe period also has the possibility of pregnancy, is not recommended to use the safe period of contraception.
3, if after the first time, menstruation is delayed for more than 7 days, you should promptly check whether you are pregnant and pay attention to exclude the case of ectopic pregnancy.
