Advantages of interferon: 1. relatively fixed course of treatment; 2. high HBsAg seroconversion rate and relatively long-lasting efficacy; 3. less drug resistance variation. Disadvantages of interferon: 1, need to inject the drug; 2, more obvious adverse reactions; 3, not suitable for liver function loss.
