White baldness is a white scaly condition that is reflected in the scalp area and is accompanied by significant itching. In some cases, as the condition progresses, hair breakage or hair loss may occur, accompanied by large flakes of flaking, scaling, etc. It is equivalent to a fungal infection in Western medicine, or a disease called Tinea alba or scalp furunculosis. Most of them are caused by the infection of Microsporum canis, resulting in inflammatory changes in the scalp area, and some may have certain exudative reactions or scaly scalp growths. Therefore, the treatment is usually based on anti-infective and antifungal treatment. This disease tends to cause localized alopecia, which in turn produces certain symptoms of hair loss, hence the name white baldness.
