Leukocytes (+) are non-normal, whether in routine urine analysis or in vaginal smear infection tests, or in sputum culture and in bacterial culture tests, the normal value of leukocytes should be a negative result. Leukocytes (+) belong to a type of quantitative analysis of leukocytes, the amount of quantitative analysis is between (+) and (++++), (+) indicates the lowest positive rate, and (++++) represents the highest positive value of situation. Therefore, leukocytes (+) are abnormal, but are a relatively minor condition in bacterial cultures, such as urinary tract infections or infections of the rectum or perianal area, or infections due to vaginal dysbiosis, which can result in leukocytes (+) in urinalysis. In addition, the presence of leukocytes (+) in blood bacterial culture and sputum culture also means that the blood or sputum is mildly infected.
