In case of chronic cervicitis and low-grade cervical lesions, no treatment is needed, and regular review of cervical fluid-based cells and HPV is required; in case of high-grade cervical lesions, cervical carcinoma in situ, or invasive cervical carcinoma, cervical conization or radical cervical cancer surgery is required according to the patient’s age, stage, and whether she has any reproductive requirements.
E6/E7 positive and negative HPV typing may be high-risk HPV infection, need to go to the hospital for timely examination, at the same time, women who have sex are recommended to undergo regular cervical cancer screening and timely vaccination against cervical cancer.
