There are four most common clinical cardiomyopathies, such as dilated cardiomyopathy, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, ischemic cardiomyopathy, and viral cardiomyopathy. There is no cure for cardiomyopathy in China, and if you want to cure it, you need surgery, but the technology for surgical transplantation is not yet mature in China. Therefore, the treatment of cardiomyopathy now is mostly conservative, to prolong the life of the patient as much as possible. These treatments can maximize the patient’s cardiac function and promote the systolic and diastolic functions of the heart. The therapeutic drugs include Cediran, digoxin, spironolactone, hydrochlorothiazide, sodium fructose phosphate and coenzyme Q10, all of which can improve the patient’s heart status.
