Chest tightness and shortness of breath ≠ coronary heart disease?

In the clinical work, we often encounter the following symptoms: patients due to sudden chest tightness and shortness of breath for half an hour by the 120 sent to the emergency department, the patient recently work more tired, often feel tired. Half an hour ago at work, suddenly felt discomfort in the anterior chest area, which quickly developed into chest tightness, dyspnea, the patient suspected that it might be a heart attack, there is a sense of imminent death, and with the help of others, sent by the 120 to the emergency department of the emergency department of the hospital. For patients with the above symptoms, there are two main things to do: 1. Complete the screening of organic diseases of heart disease; when the patient goes to the outpatient/emergency department, he/she will first undergo an electrocardiogram (ECG), cardiac enzymology, and cardiac ultrasound; after that, he/she may have to undergo an ambulatory electrocardiogram (EKG) to check whether the patient has myocardial ischemia during nighttime or exercise; he/she may also undergo an exercise flat panel test to find out how many grades of exercise the patient has experienced Myocardial ischemia; if the exercise plate test is positive, a coronary CT or angiography may also be performed to see if there is any blockage of the blood vessels; and exclusion of hyperthyroidism …… 2. Corresponding psychosomatic and even emotional stress assessments should be completed. Only then can we determine if there are any problems with the patient’s heart or psyche, and if there is any correlation between the two. Patients may need to do some psychological tests, such as for depression, anxiety and other emotional assessment. If the above symptoms exclude organic disease, we need to consider whether the patient meets the diagnosis of cardiac neurosis (acute anxiety disorder/panic disorder), and whether it is a cardiac neurosis or not needs to be analyzed by a psychiatrist/psychologist/psychiatrist based on the specific situation of each patient.
