What is the principle of radiofrequency treatment?

Radiofrequency treatment uses low frequency, which generates heat through low frequency vibration. The internal temperature of the tumor can generally reach about 110oC and maintain for several minutes, then pause to make the temperature drop to about 70oC, and then start the radiofrequency machine to raise and lower the temperature again. The number of times required and the treatment time are related to the size of the tumor and whether it is close to the large blood vessels. The larger the tumor is and the closer it is to the large blood vessels, the more times required and the longer the treatment time. This is because the fast blood flow in large blood vessels will take away the heat and it is not easy to reach the required temperature. Just because RF treatment is to destroy the tumor by heating, so RF treatment is also called RF ablation treatment.
