Riagen’s action and efficacy

The generic name of Riajin is Recombinant Human Granulocyte Stimulating Factor Injection, which is used for the treatment of neutropenia caused by cancer chemotherapy and other treatments.
Recombinant Human Granulocyte Stimulating Factor Injection is commonly known as a leukocyte boosting injection, which can promote the recovery of bone marrow granulocyte colony-forming units and the proliferation of bone marrow granulocyte lineage cells, and is used for the treatment of neutropenia due to cancer chemotherapy and other causes, aplastic anemia, myelodysplastic syndromes caused by chemotherapy, and other causes of neutropenia.
Recombinant Human Granulocyte Stimulating Factor Injection should not be used in people who are allergic to stimulating factor, people with cardiac, renal or pulmonary dysfunction, or patients with first diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia. Muscle aches, bone pain, and low back pain may occur after use, as well as adverse reactions such as loss of appetite and elevated liver enzymes.
Recombinant Human Granulocyte Stimulating Factor Injection should be used under strict medical supervision, should be used within 24~48 hours after the end of chemotherapy administration, and should be retested twice a week after use to monitor changes in neutrophil count.
