How to tell if your spine is leaning forward

Anterior spinal tilt means that the spine deviates from the normal physiological amplitude and tilts forward, which can be judged by physical examination and imaging examination.
1. Physical examination: the patient stands normally and observes whether the neck and trunk can be in the same straight line on the side, if not, the possibility of anterior spinal tilt is considered.
2. Imaging examination: the physiological shape of the spine and whether the spine is deformed can be fully reflected in the imaging examination, and spinal X-ray, spinal CT and other imaging examinations should be carried out to observe the examination structure, and whether the spine has symptoms of anterior tilt.
If the spine is severely anteriorly tilted and accompanied by other symptoms, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time to improve the relevant auxiliary examinations and actively carry out treatment to avoid adverse effects.
