Routine blood report card is mainly the interpretation of white blood cells, red blood cells, platelets and other items. 1. Leukocytes: the normal value of leukocytes is (4~10)×10⁹/L. If leukocytes decrease, it is usually caused by viral infections, long-term chronic inflammation and other diseases. If leukocyte elevation is usually caused by bacterial infections, such as Staphylococcus aureus, hemolytic streptococcus, etc. It can also be seen in leukemia and other hematologic diseases. 2. Red blood cells: mainly reflect whether the patient has anemia or not, through the number of red blood cells can determine the degree and classification of anemia. In general, the normal value of red blood cell is (4~5)×10⁹/L for men and (3.5~5)×10⁹/L for women. red blood cell examination is commonly found in aplastic anemia, iron-deficiency anemia, anemia of chronic disease, and so on. 3. Platelets: mainly platelet count, which can reflect the patient’s coagulation function to a certain extent. In general, the normal value of platelets is (100~300)×10⁹/L. Thrombocytopenia is common in aplastic anemia, acute leukemia, disseminated intravascular coagulation and other diseases. If there is any abnormality in the blood test report, it is recommended to go to a professional hospital to clarify the cause of the disease and under the guidance of the doctor for further examination and treatment.
