Fine acrid does not have the effect of encouraging heart yang and spleen yang. It can relieve cold (removing cold from the muscle surface), dispel wind and relieve pain (dissipating wind evil and relieving pain in the muscles and bones), clear the orifices, and warm the lungs to dissolve fluid (promoting the flow of stagnant fluid by warming the lungs). It is used in treating wind-cold flu, headache, toothache, nasal congestion, nasal congestion, nasal congestion, nasal abyss (mainly manifesting as obscene nasal mucus, the amount of which is too large to be wiped away), rheumatism and paralysis, and phlegm (a pathological product of impaired metabolism of water and fluid) wheezing and coughing. If it is necessary to stimulate heart yang and spleen yang, clinically, it is often used in the form of Radix Angelicae Sinensis (附子). It can restore yang to save the body (by warming yang qi to save fainting, unconsciousness, etc.), replenish fire to help yang (replenish the body’s yang qi), and disperse cold to relieve pain (by dispelling the body’s cold evil to relieve pain). It is used for deficiency of dead yang, cold limbs and weak pulse, deficiency of heart yang, chest paralysis (stuffy pain in the chest) heart pain, deficiency of kidney yang (deficiency of yang qi in the kidneys), and so on.
