Small density nodules in the right lobe of the liver are considered to be benign nodules or malignant. 1. Benign nodule: right lobe density nodule refers to the nodule with abnormal density lesion compared with the normal tissue of liver found under CT examination, and most of the benign nodules are liver cysts, liver hemangiomas, liver abscesses and so on. Most of the benign nodules are hepatic cysts, hepatic hemangiomas, hepatic abscesses, etc. Benign nodules are usually not changed or grow very slowly when they are reviewed by ultrasound. 2. Malignant liver nodules: patients with previous cirrhosis, hepatitis B, alcoholic liver can develop liver malignant neoplastic lesions, which need to be combined with liver CT or liver MRI, tumor marker alpha-fetoprotein, to initially clarify the nature of the tumor. It is recommended to consult the gastroenterology department of regular hospitals when abnormal density of liver nodules are found; and to consult the doctor in time to avoid delaying the condition.
