Early stage cervical cancer patients often have bloody leukorrhea in their underwear with or without foul smell. In middle and late stage cervical cancer patients, there may be blood stains on the underwear, thin watery fishy leukorrhea, yellow pus leukorrhea and so on. 1. Blood stains: patients with advanced cervical cancer often show contact bleeding, i.e. vaginal bleeding after sexual intercourse or gynecological examination. The bleeding amount may be more or less. Among them, elderly patients often have irregular vaginal bleeding after menopause. 2. Thin, watery and fishy leukorrhea: patients with advanced stage may have increased leukorrhea secretion, which is as thin as watery or rice slop with fishy smell, resulting in dampness of underwear, and patients may feel uncomfortable. 3. Yellow pus leukorrhea: advanced stage patients have yellow pus foul-smelling leukorrhea due to necrosis of cancerous tissues and concurrent infection. Therefore, patients should pay more attention to the changes of vaginal secretion and consult doctor in time to avoid the progress of cervical cancer.
