Thyroid right lobe solid nodule with calcification class 3-4A should be fine needle aspiration biopsy to clarify the nature of the nodule, if benign review regularly, if malignant surgical treatment. Thyroid nodule TIRADS grade 3, suggests that it may be benign, the malignant rate of the nodule is less than 2%; TIRADS grade 4 is suspected malignant, of which TIRADS 4A malignant rate 2% to 10%.
