How to treat invasive ductal carcinoma grade II

After the diagnosis of invasive ductal carcinoma, we should actively choose surgery to remove the affected side of the breast and perform axillary lymph node dissection. After the pathology results are returned, an adjuvant treatment plan is selected based on detailed staging and immunohistochemistry results. For patients with combined lymph node metastasis, local radiation therapy is required to prevent recurrence and metastasis after surgery. For patients with receptor-positive disease, long-term endocrine therapy is appropriate and regular post-operative review is required.
