Invasive ductal carcinoma is the most common pathological type of invasive breast cancer. Grade III is supposed to be the pathological grading, which is mainly based on the postoperative pathology to assess the risk of recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer after surgery. Grade III is the type of pathology that is not very good, the tumor is less differentiated and slightly more severe compared to grade I and II. However, breast cancer itself has a lower chance of recurrence and metastasis compared to other malignant tumors, especially for life, so chemotherapy is required for invasive ductal carcinoma grade III. Then, according to the pathology, they should receive radiotherapy, endocrine therapy or molecular targeted therapy, and regular review.
