Patient: Enhanced CT showed a round nodule in the dorsal segment of the lower lobe of the right lung, which is suspected to be peripheral lung cancer, but when I went to the hospital for consultation, the doctor suggested that the nature of the tumor should be determined first. What is the best way for me to confirm? Or what other options are there? Also, if it is indeed early stage lung cancer and has not spread, is there any possibility of complete recovery after resection? Thank you very much for your help and I look forward to your reply!
