Difference between vulvar leukoplakia and vulvar vitiligo

The main difference between vulvar leukoplakia and vulvar vitiligo is that vulvar leukoplakia can develop mossy lesions and can be characterized by significant vulvar itching. Vulvar leukoplakia refers to white lesions on the vulva, including vulvar chronic simple moss and vulvar sclerosing moss. Typical symptoms are localized skin is dark red or pink, aggravated may become white, vulvar itching symptoms are serious, because of repeated scratching, will aggravate the local skin lesions, there may be chafing, ulceration, contracture and so on.
