How long is the interval between TCT and HPV tests

The interval between TCT and HPV screening is usually between 1-2 years, but it depends on the specific situation. If there are no problems with cervical TCT and HPV screening, the interval of 1-2 years can be followed. However, if there are problems with cervical TCT, such as atypical epithelial cells or positive cervical HPV infection, and subsequent colposcopic cervical biopsy is performed after this, the interval should be shortened to six months. Subsequent examinations are still performed every six months, and if subsequent examinations are not problematic, the interval is slowly transitioned to a 1-2 year interval.
