15 Signs of Self-Healing Hepatitis B

Routinely only acute hepatitis B or chronic hepatitis B with an acute attack may appear to heal on its own, but not with 15 signs. Usually, during spontaneous hepatitis B recovery, the patient will feel an increase in appetite and improvement in sleep, urine color, and a decrease in general discomfort. Laboratory test results will also show improvement, such as a gradual return to normal levels of transaminases and bilirubin, a negative hepatitis B virus test, and the disappearance of hepatitis B virus surface antigen. It is important to understand that spontaneous healing of hepatitis B is inherently a small probability event, with a spontaneous clearance rate of hepatitis B virus surface antigen of about 0.5%-0.8% per year. It is likely that adults have good immune function and thus patients clear the virus through their own immune function and achieve self-healing. However, younger children with underdeveloped immune function have less than 5% spontaneous clearance rate after infection with hepatitis B virus. Patients with hepatitis B are advised to actively cooperate with their doctors in their treatment to avoid the progression of the disease leading to severe hepatitis and cirrhosis, and to reduce the occurrence of complications such as hepatic encephalopathy, hepatorenal syndrome or secondary infections. Pay attention to the liver function and hepatitis B virus at all times during the treatment process, and use medication according to medical advice.
