Children’s bodies change a lot from birth, especially within one year of age. Due to the rapid development of the body, each day produces surprising changes and progress for parents. A normal baby is able to lift his head and roll over by 2-3 months of age, and after 3 months, if the nervous system and musculoskeletal system develop normally, they are able to support the body. The baby then appears to roll over. That means the more rolling over, the better coordination and movement of its organism. With the further development of the body, it will appear after 5-6 months of age to crawl on the bed. This means that the coordination of the limbs is progressing. With the increase of movement, the muscle strength increases. Then coherence of movement appears and finally develops into upright walking.
