Do older women with low-grade cervical lesions need Liposuction?

Lipo knife, i.e., ultra-high-frequency electrowave knife, generally does not require high-frequency electrowave knife treatment for low-grade lesions of the cervix in older women, but regular review is required. The indications for UHF-EK include cervical epithelial tissue biopsy during colposcopy or cytology, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia II-III, suspected carcinoma in situ or invasive carcinoma of the cervix, chronic cervicitis that has not been cured for a long period of time, cervical warts, and cervical polyps. Elderly women with low-grade cervical lesions do not fall within the scope of UHF electrowave therapy. Generally speaking, low-grade cervical lesions may heal on their own and do not need to be treated with UHF-EK, but the patient needs to undergo regular checkups. Elderly women with low-grade cervical lesions do not need UHF-EW treatment, but they should see their doctor regularly for review. If a low-grade cervical lesion turns into a high-grade cervical lesion or if a low-grade cervical lesion has not resolved spontaneously in one year, further treatment is needed.
