Common gastrointestinal diseases include indigestion and constipation, which can be regulated by improving lifestyle and medications such as gastric stimulants and laxatives.
1. Improve lifestyle: Keep a light diet, consume more easily digestible and nutritionally balanced food. At the same time, avoid eating cold, greasy, spicy and stimulating food. Quit drinking alcohol, strong tea and coffee. Try to eat regularly, avoid overeating, and do not eat before going to bed.
