Effects of Mafron

Mafron, a combination of oral contraceptives, contains ethinylestradiol and desogestrel. It is mainly used for female contraception, which inhibits ovulation through the pituitary gonadal axis and also increases the viscosity of cervical mucus, preventing sperm penetration. You can start taking this medication on the first day of your menstrual cycle for 21 days, then stop taking the medication for about 7 days and start the next dose on the eighth day. The medication should be used as prescribed by the doctor, and special attention should be paid to the observation of blood pressure during the medication period. Regular check-ups should be conducted at the hospital for more than three months of continuous use, and annual medical check-ups should be done when taking this product. Withdrawal bleeding may occur after use, which usually occurs about 2~3 days after medication, mainly due to the side effects of the drug and does not need to be treated. Mafloquine can also be used to adjust menstrual cycle. Take the medicine according to the doctor’s advice, do not take it arbitrarily.
