When the patient is examined, conductive hearing loss can be seen, and the acoustic impedance shows a B-type or C-type curve, indicating that the negative pressure in the ear is obviously elevated. These diseases are very difficult to heal on their own, and clinical intervention is usually needed to promote the opening of the pharyngeal opening of the Eustachian tube with nasal spray hormones, ephedrine drops, etc. Antibiotics as well as oral mucus promoters can be used to promote the reduction of tympanic effusion and negative pressure in the tympanic cavity. For some patients, if long-term treatment is not effective, tympanocentesis, tympanotomy and other related treatments are needed.
