What is connective tissue disease?

Connective tissue disease is a disease in which the connective tissues of the body are involved. In fact, it is a collective term for the early or still difficult to classify stages of rheumatic immune diseases. It is generally thought to be related to genetic immune abnormalities, and viral infections.
