Surgery is usually necessary for gastric adenocarcinoma. Gastric adenocarcinoma belongs to malignant lesions in the stomach, and patients with early stage of gastric adenocarcinoma can be treated by surgery with better results. However, if there is metastasis, chemotherapy is needed to prevent the cancer cells from spreading more. If gastric adenocarcinoma stage 0 means that the tumor is located in the inner layer of gastric mucosa, has not reached the muscular layer of mucosa, and there is no lymph node or distant metastatic lesion, endoscopic mucosal resection can be performed, and the survival rate is close to 100% in 5 years after surgery. And the 5-year survival rate of gastric adenocarcinoma can be about 90% when radical surgery is performed in stage 1. So gastric adenocarcinoma necessitates surgical operation. After surgery, gastric adenocarcinoma needs routine pathological examination and further chemotherapy with 5-FU, mitomycin, cisplatin and other drugs. After recovery, gastroscopy is also needed to be done regularly. In conclusion, it is recommended that patients with gastric adenocarcinoma should go to regular hospitals and receive reasonable treatment as soon as possible.
