Initial symptoms of herpes

The initial symptoms of herpes are mainly blisters, which do not necessarily manifest as blisters at first. Some people start out with erythema, or blisters may gradually form on top of erythema. If it is not erythematous at first, it may also be a small papule that only manifests as a blister as the papule gradually rises. A particularly small blister is not easily seen as a blister at first, it is just a papule that is a little painful to the touch, and only when it gets bigger can the blister be seen. However, in some people, the blisters are not water, but pus, called pustules. If pustules appear on the palms of the hands and feet, it is called palmoplantar pustulosis, which starts as an erythema, then a small papule, gradually a blister, and then gradually pus, and after the pus is absorbed or discharged, it returns to the erythema, then gradually disappears, and reappears after a while. The manifestations are different for different diseases.
